1. Acceptance of Terms

Nobulem.wtf (the "Service") is operated by the Nobulem Development Team ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our universal script loader, game-specific scripts, digital products, website, and related services.

2. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else to do so. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, the following prohibited activities:

Reverse Engineering: You shall not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service or its scripts.
Redistribution & Leaking: You shall not re-upload, share, sell, or distribute any part of our scripts, files, or digital products, whether paid or free, to any third-party websites, forums, or individuals.
Abuse of Access: You shall not share your unique key, token, or access details with other users. Access is granted to one individual user only.
Attacks: You shall not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Service's servers, network, or data.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without contacting us first will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to all services.

VIOLATION of any of the restrictions in this section will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access to all Nobulem services, without refund. We reserve the right to pursue further action, including legal remedies.

3. Payments, Access, and Refunds

3.1. Purchases

All purchases for premium access are one-time fees for "Lifetime" access, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Lifetime access means access for the duration that the Nobulem service remains active and operational.

3.2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that our scripts will be functional, undetected, or updated for any specific period. Roblox updates, anticheat changes, or executor updates can temporarily or permanently disrupt the functionality of our Service.

3.3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate non-returnable delivery of service access, all sales are final. We offer no refunds, except under the following specific condition:

If the Service is proven to be completely non-functional for an extended period (determined solely by us) and we fail to provide a fix or update within that period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, scripts, and software provided by Nobulem are our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the script loader, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
